First things first.

Post Crescent

My team  just won a Super Bowl. No big deal.

During this momentous occasion, I learned 2 things.  First, Jenna’s buffalo chicken dip is amazing. You need to make it now.   Second, sitting in a meditation posture for the last four minutes of an intense game is an excellent way to channel your team positive thoughts and send good vibes to the universe.  It’s also critical to preventing yourself from having a spastic attack.  What can I say, I take my Green Bay Packer football seriously.

Yoga updates.

I’ve kept up with my 28 day yoga challenge. Sometimes my practice is more formal, other times it’s as simple as laying on my block in corpse pose, whatever I’m feeling.  I can already tell it’s making a difference in my hamstrings and hips.  Tomorrow I plan on attending a yoga class at my gym.  I went on Saturday, and I’m hoping for the same instructor tomorrow.

    We watched the game with Packer’s fans and it was highly entertaining to watch how stressed they were. 😉

      Leah I’m glad you enjoyed watching them suffer 😉 I was actually surprisingly calm throughout this game save the last four minutes. The NFC championship game on the other hand…I was having nightmares in the days leading up. I think I take this game way too seriously.

    I made the buffalo chicken dip, too! It was a major hit, as expected 🙂 Congratulations to your Packers! As a NE fan, I couldn’t in good faith root for the Steelers, so I was pulling for you (although I do secretly like the Packers, just don’t tell my dad that!). Good job keeping up with that challenge! I applaud you for getting on your mat – it’s not always easy… How was yoga at the gym?
