Week of 4/11-getting it done

Last week I learned that if my swim bag isn’t ready and my lunch isn’t packed the night before, I will never get up for my 7 am date with the pool. Morning workouts usually are never a problem for me, but this semester they have definitely been a struggle.

Here’s what I have planned for this week:

4/11: morning swim

4/12: bodyrock and run

4/13: morning swim, afternoon walk

4/14: bodyrock and run

4/15: rest

4/16: bodyrock, maybe run or spin but probably a nice, long walk

4/17: Tri clinic with YWCA (if you’re interested and in the area, come check this clinic out, it’s FREE!)
