All Signed Up

I signed up for my gym membership tonight.

Tomorrow’s 5 a.m. wake up call is going to be brutal, but my planned workout promises to be even more punishing.

It Will Rain Sweat-1000 rep workout

10 Burpees
10 Squat Jumps with sandbag
10 Push Ups
10 Toe Touch Sit Ups
10 Dips using
10 Tuck Jumps
10 Plank Jax
10 Split Lunges
10 Leg Drops
10 Squat Thrusts

Repeat 10 times. {ha! I’ll be lucky to make it through 5.}
